Terms and Conditions of Castle Jewellery Ltd

Welcome to Castle Jewellery Ltd! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Business Name and Products

Castle Jewellery Ltd specializes in the sale of wedding rings, including custom-made rings.

2. Returns and Refund Policy

• Non-Customized Items: Customers may return non-customized items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and packaging.

• Customized Items: Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Hand Delivery: All rings are hand-delivered within a 2-hour radius of ST7 3PA.

• Tracked Shipping: For recipients beyond the 2-hour radius, tracked delivery via Royal Mail is included in the price.

• Delivery Time: Shipping times will be discussed upon order confirmation, but Castle Jewellery Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.

4. Warranty Policy

• Black Tungsten Rings: A lifetime warranty is offered, which covers up to two replacement rings at any time. Please note that black tungsten rings are plated black and can be scratched if they come into contact with harder materials. Warranty exclusions do not apply to black tungsten rings, and replacements can be made as needed.

• Other Rings: A one-year warranty is provided, covering repairs but excluding lost or stolen items and white gold replating.

• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover resizing or scratched rings for other materials. Lost or stolen items are not covered, and white gold replating is not included in the warranty. Customers are made aware that white gold may require replating over time to maintain its appearance.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: Customers may pay via the Square Up invoice system, Klarna finance, or cash.

• Deposit and Full Payment: A 50% deposit is required upon purchase, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. Full payment is also an option. Receipts are provided after each purchase.

• Finance: Klarna finance options are available for eligible customers.

6. Cancellations and Order Changes

• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled at any time. However, the deposit may be forfeited if the manufacturing process has already begun.

• Customized Orders: Custom orders cannot be modified once production has started.

7. Liability

• Product Liability: Castle Jewellery Ltd disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or allergic reactions related to the product. Customers are made aware that all rings can be scratched, regardless of the material, and that scratched rings are not included in the warranty.

• Ring Aversion: Castle Jewellery Ltd is not liable for any discomfort or aversion to wearing rings. It is the consumer’s responsibility to determine when they should wear their ring.

• Manufacturing Issues: If a ring cannot be manufactured for any reason, the customer will receive a full refund.
