Warranty Simplified: Frequently Asked Questions

 We offer two main warranties:

1. Black Tungsten Lifetime Warranty: This covers all black tungsten rings for life, allowing for up to two free replacements for any reason.
2. 12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty: This covers rings made from titanium, silver, gold, or platinum against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 No, replacements under this warranty are completely free, and you can claim up to two replacement rings. 

 No, you do not need to return your original black tungsten ring. This makes the replacement process as simple as possible. 

 This warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that appear within 12 months of your purchase. 

 This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (like scratches that accumulate with everyday use).
• Loss or theft of the ring.
• Resizing services.
• Re-plating for white gold rings.
• Damage caused by harsh cleaners, improper use, or alterations made by a third party.

While these services are not covered under our manufacturer's warranty, we can arrange them for you at an additional cost. Please contact us for details. 

1. For Black Tungsten rings: Email sales@castle-jewellery.com with your original invoice number and confirm if you want the same ring model and size. 
2. For other materials (Titanium, Silver, Gold, Platinum): Email sales@castle-jewellery.com with your original invoice number and a detailed description of the issue. We will then arrange for insured collection of your ring for assessment. 

1.  For Black Tungsten replacements, please allow [e.g., 5-7 business days] to process your request. We will then provide an estimated time for delivery.
2. For other materials, please allow [e.g., 7-10 business days] for assessment once we receive your ring. 

 No, absolutely not. Our warranties are offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which remain unaffected. You always have rights regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, and description of goods purchased. 

 This warranty policy applies to purchases made within the United Kingdom only.
